Dunkin'

I only gave it 4 stars because: there was one girl trying to take care of drive thru and inside til other got there. She was doing an excellent job with all she had to do and still remained nice to customers. I do have a question with every Dunkin donuts I go to, why do drive-thru people get taken care of before us that walk into the store? It's not fair. I know sometimes there's a lot of people at the drive-thru, but for those of us that walk in someone should be there to take care of us instead of having to wait till they take care of the window.

Answer the phones damn I’m tryna see if I left my card there

I’ve had the pleasure of watching my local Dunkin’ go from 50/50 service to almost 100% every time within a couple years. I visit this location every single morning, I’m always greeted with a kind smile but I’d really like to point out the two younger gentlemen that do drive thru and kitchen.. they are awesome. Remembering your regulars is a huge advantage for a business and they're employees I’d greatly appreciate if I were you. Keep up the awesome work.

Nice crispy hashbrowns. Sweet pepper bacon sandwich

Bought 2 iced signature lattes. The candy bar one was really good, made the way I asked for it to be made, until I started getting small pieces mixed with larger pieces of mushy food like particles. Someone's chewed up food was mixed in my coffee drink with the nuts and candy pieces very disgusting. They should be fired 😡
