Dunkin'

This has nothing to do about food,my car was overheating and I needed water and the two girls that were working were so helpful with me. It helped me so much, my car was totally fine after they helped me. I love you girls so much for helping me, you didn't have to do anything but you did. P.S I made it to laconia with no problem 🙂🥲

This location never seems to have enough staff. The dining room is closed, and the last time I went, they weren’t even serving food. The wait times are incredibly long—even with mobile orders. Dunkin’ is supposed to be a quick, affordable place to grab breakfast on the go, but not here. The prices are high, the wait is long, and the food quality has really declined. I’ve received eggs that were still cold in the center and hash browns that were half frozen.

I went with my coworkers through the drive-through because the front lobby is not open, my buddy got a candy bar latte iced, he said he likes it. I got a macchiato with oat milk and it was frosty on the top. Yay!

So this location is just terrible. Since moving to Loudon a couple months ago we have got to this location ever Saturday morning. Never once has it been good, I’m not even looking for better, it’s Dunkin’s, good is all you should expect. Nope! Every weekend I get either a donut or wrap. They don’t order my donut flavor because no one wants it, french cruller. That’s terrible! I did get a croissant sandwich which was so awful and hard I couldn’t eat it. Today we placed an online order, hubby went to pick it, the lady working the ‘cooking’ area was rude and was just angry. If it’s that bad lady, quit, seriously life is too short. Then he finally gets my one sad little wake up wrap. It is waaaay overcooked, like rock hard!! I’m not happy! Would you eat that? No? Then why expect me to? No more

This location has the worst service I have ever got. I've been there 3 times in the afternoon and they have been close. Today they were supposed to be open until 6I got there at 540 and their window was closed. I asked the lady if I could ask her a question and she just gave me disrespectful hand motions and this respectful mouth motions. It was a young lady who was extremely disrespectful. I guess from now on I'll need to go to a different Dunkin' Donuts because I refuse to accept such a disrespect. I hope management addresses it.
