i get that the place was packed but it doesn’t justify taking 25 minutes to prepare one drink and a donut. the drink i got ended up being three quarters ice. the donut was hard to chew and stale.
Published prices do not match what is charged at the counter. I had a yogurt parfait, which was already ridiculously priced at $8.99, according to the sign. I was charged $10.25. When I asked about the price difference, I was told that the computer had been updated but not the sign. The cashier indicated she had no ability to give me a refund.
Conveniently located at the arrival area of Terminal 7. Easy access for easy grab donuts and coffee before departure or after arrival. No long lines. Friendly staff.
Ham sandwich was 17.99 and the bread tasted like mold
No espresso +slow service brewed coffee tasted old
