Dunkin'

I bought a couple of things at the dunkin location 1. Bagel with extra cream cheese not toasted 2. 2 doughnuts 3 . Coffee light and sweet 4. Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant The doughnuts were very stale and so was the bagel and burnt when I asked specifically 3 times not to be toasted so was the croissant I threw it away bc some of it was jus either to burn or uncooked and the coffee I received was blacked literally no sugar or barely any creamer. Terrible dukin even had coffee grains in the coffee get people who know what there doing or better training. Wanted a refund but they wouldn’t give me one bc they never gave me my receipt after I paid they took it and threw it away in front of me very terrible service and wouldn’t recommend

Had been to Montclair university area and googled the nearest DD and found this . This was inside a gas station and a convenience store . But a very big DD shop.. Service was good .there were so many reviews about bad service , but we had quick service . Had a coffee , latte , hashbrowns and tomato pesto sandwich . 🍅 coffee was ok . A little watery. Latte was good . Hashbrowns were really good . Crisp and yummy . Pesto tomato sandwich was good too. My fav in DD these days . Overall a good experience but could be better .

They have very low costumer service, the avocado toast was taste bad and they didn’t change for free! the donuts tastes like raw flour! they changed that without extra costs! but not happy about that!

The lady in the morning is always very mean & disrespectful. She always has an attitude and she thinks she knows everyone’s order then messes up. I drink the same coffee every day I would know when they don’t make it right.

Guy sitting there midnight telling me it’s closed its supposed to be 24hrs And there’s literally a guy with a dunkin uniform just chilling
