Dunkin'

I will not! Be coming back. While I waited in a long line in the drive through to place an order there was a sign saying yield to online orders. 5 cars went in front of me after I waited 15 minutes. If Dunkin thinks my time is so invaluable that I must let someone go ahead of me after waiting then I will be going to starbucks. At least there I don't have to yield to preferred ordering types. Bad business Dunkin. Bad business.

This place sadly has gone down hill. Not all, but most of the workers make it clear they hate their job and don’t want to be there. My drink comes out different every time. I simply asked for extra flavoring in my drink (I offered to pay for it) they simply looked in my face and said no. Like what. And then in the DRIVE THRU I didn’t tip because hello it’s a drive through. And then you scoff at me while watching the screen? I’m sadly disappointed in the Dunkin since it used to be my favourite.

The girl at the window was a sweetheart but this review is for management of this location. 9/10 times when I come here they are rude and make it obvious they hate their job. This was the final time I’ll come to this location. As a reminder, there are Dunkin’s everywhere, if one location has better service, you won’t keep customers at your location with poor service. And the blonde manager with a perpetual look of misery is terrible. Then they ask for a tip!! Hilarious.

This establishment has joined the silliness of requesting a tip in the drive thru. I am literally driving through, picking up my own order and you pass a machine out to me requesting a tip and then getting a snarky look when I do not give one. So basically, at this point, should we tip the cashier at 7-11, WaWa, the grocery store, Wal Mart, etc? There is no establishment where a drive thru cashier should ask for or expect a tip. People who do it do it because they feel guilted into it, fearing their drinks or food will be made incorrect if they don’t.

I go 5x a week for the same coffee but today I asked my dad to get me a coffee since he was already at Dunkin. My coffee was horrible. Clear instruction, “less ice” and coz I love my coffee really strong. 15mins later, my dad brought me my coffee and it’s full of ice…Taste very weak…This is not the first time it happened…They have to their job better..
