Dunkin'

This store needs better staff, they are slow and inefficient. I waited 20 minutes for an ice water and there is always a line for even simple orders.

These people are miserable! I don’t understand why if you don’t like your job you don’t go find what you love to do. Try your coffee or food before you leave & don’t forget to pay attention at the counter, even there courtesy sucks. Smh get rid of these employees & get new ones because the ones that are there now Suck!!

I have made three purchases with this store. Only once has my experience been positive. The first time the woman making my Sausage, Cheese, And English Muffin sandwich put it on a croissant, and then gave me attitude when I mentioned it was wrong ("What, do you want me to make it again or something?"). The second time I asked for a medium hazelnut black hot, to which she stared at me as if I had three heads and rudely said, "What size?!" "Medium, like what I said first in that sentence." Lady, you work at a hospital. People are sad and stressed and going through a lot. If you're going to be bad at your job, at least be decent about it.

Was helped by a girl this morning she wore glasses an was a very peasant helpful person! 10 stars on the service!

jose is the best person to ever be in the dunkins industry. The qay he just…IDK MAKES HIS FOOD! ITS SO-S-S-SO GOOD! His eyes shine brightly when talking to customers, and hes a car guy?!,!,?,??!!. HE HELPED ME FIXED MY automobile AC WHEN IT WAS BROKEN…whilst i was in line for my caramel swirl extra extra 2 expresso shots Large. Then this girl with beautiful eyes hair, 5’2, asian, black hair, with glasses came up to me to ask if i needed help with my computer. I did! Im an IT major and she said she took ADVANCED IT CLASSE! 10/10 experience wouldnt recommend it again!!
