Good luck getting the correct items. Its a toss of a coin if they get the details right. Your coffee might taste like caffinated milk, or way too strong of coffee even though you order it the same way. Wants a sweet pepper bacon egg and cheese? Probably will be a plain one. Order hash browns? Lol, probably ain't getting them. This store will be solid for a few months, then they hire new people and it goes to crap again.

My food was messed up three times when I told them I want to order a croissant with cheese and bacon no egg. It took them three tries to make the sandwich, right. Then Andrea, the manager gave me an attitude about it and said that that’s why we don’t hire people like you. My son is allergic to eggs that’s why I can’t have egg on it. He is three years old . This is the third time my loaded hash brown from here did not come loaded. I tip every single day because of the great service but it’s very disappointing to receive half the product I’m paying for now for a third time.

I went thru the Leicester DD drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts and only got 9 donuts. I called and all they did was give me an attitude and say I can drive all the way back and get 3 free donuts. Ahhhh no Not free I already paid for them. And they where rude refused to give me a managers name and I am a very loyal DD coffee drinker.

This place is crazy. If you want to be ripped off! Pay more than most dunkins go here Less /more ice in icecoffee = extra charge. If you have allergies need substitute =extra charge. Need sugar substitute =extra charge.They charge for literally everything. Extra sugar= extra charge. Water = extra charge. Flavor = extra charge. I pay $7.25 every day. At leicester! close or over $10 for 2 large ice coffee. Literally go to any other dunkins. Unless you have $ to throw away.
