Dunkin'

This place is unbelievable. We ordered three boxes of coffee a day prior to a breakfast meeting and prepaid for it. I even spoke to two people at the store who said it would be ready at 8 o’clock in the morning. We get to the store they don’t know anything about it. Waited almost an hour and a half at the store for them to make these three boxes of coffee. The meeting was over and nobody got coffee. Very disappointing

I usually use the Dunkin app and order about 5/10 minutes before I go. Never had an issue with waiting. It is a very busy Dunkin so yes they may get backed up especially during the season. Sitting outside is really peaceful. I love the water fountain. Bonus, they made a cup of whipped cream for my pup! Really great way to start the day.

If I can give this store a 0 star I would! Horrible customer service! My order took forever and the food was not even cooked right. THE MANAGER MIKE was even worse shouting at customers because they did not have some things in stock that the customers were requesting. Just so sad! Poor Quality!!! PLEASE DO BETTER!!

Great Dunkin with a very friendly staff. They remember all the regulars and are always pleasant.

I think this is the best Dunkin Donuts in the country. They have outside seating with a fountain view. We enjoyed having breakfast here, not the donuts, but the bagels, croissant breakfast sandwich or such. They have various types of tea and not overburned coffee! Recently, they painted the tables and chairs outside with signature Dunkin's color. It helps for people who look for the location of Dunkin Donuts. Good improvement by the management!
