Afternoon rush and this girl can't get off her phone. She finally gets up to help the poor new guy only to throw a temper tantrum and practically throw my drinks at me. Couldn't even be bothered to fill my drink all the way.
The one of the workers at this Dunkin’ Donuts was very sweet today when my girlfriend and I were there. We are not from the US and she took time to recommend us a local fair and was generally pleasant to interact with.
The lady with short hair - half blond, half brown was really stressed out and she didn't realize how rude she came off to customers. I highly recommend the management find a more adequate and friendly personnel. She complained because I placed a large order. Didn't even greet me at first either. Another girl with blue hair and piercings all over her face walked in and yawned, then she walked away. The image of this place is far from great.
My local Dunkin has the best people! I rarely even have to give them my order! Yeah, it's just "iced coffee" ..but they get it right ✅️
I've been to this Dunkin Donuts. Almost every single day in my coffee. Is never different. It's always made perfect. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the great, unbelievable work that you do
