Awesome establishment even if it is a training station for newcomers in the food service industry. Jasmine is a lovely afternoon attendant in this establishment and is one of the few that can remember my order just by the sound of my voice! Granted, all of the regular attendants are great and have wonderful customer service. They too have a great memory and voice recognition that goes as far as to remember the face and voice of my own mother who goes to order my coffee for me when I am unable to pick up. They treat my mother with such sweet kindness and my children as well. It's either because I go here so often, or remember the rambunctious children that I carry in the backseat of the vehicle. Each and every time I come to this location to pick up my app order (coffee), I am met with such polite and happy ppl who always make me smile. My drink is right each time as well, so y'all are consistent, which is always a big plus, too. Thank you for always going above and beyond. You're appreciated!

Never have all the ingredients for your coffees. Donuts are dry out like they've been left out all night. If you are lucky you may get everything you asked for and it does tast good. Manger is always right even if it's a lie.

It's very hit or miss whether you'll actually get what you ordered or not. I've been using this as my main Dunkin location for the last 6 months, and only about half of the times I've gone, the drinks have been made right. You can ask for the base version of any drink at the drive thru on multiple occasions and they'll make it with different amounts of ingredients every time (as shown on the paper taped to the cup). There's no consistency. I suggest ordering through the app so there's less inconsistencies. Though, the last time I did, my iced chai latte came with a shot of espresso I didn't ask for, which ruined the drink. I ended up having to go to a different location afterward to get another one as I was on my way to an obligation. This location isn't entirely irredeemable, but pretty b

You can tell the windows have not been cleaned for a long time, you can see the dark spots on all the windows. For the time that I was there not once did anyone come out to clean the tables. It’s not like they were a lot of people there. Let’s get it together Dunkin’.
