Dunkin'

I have become somewhat of a regular at Dunkin’ ordering on mobile app most of my days off from work in the mornings. I always get whatever Meal Deal they are offering as well as a donut or two from time to time. the staff at this location has never been negative; always friendly when greeting at menu board and at the service window! I went in yesterday and they were very friendly regarding being out of a dairy option for coffee and flavor option so they offered the next best thing! I just wanted to let the team know I appreciate all the hard work they put into running a positive customer experience!! Thank you.

Cashier was attentive and helpful. Food was fresh and coffee hot but too much half/half. Do you get a choice how much milk?? Dirt all over the floor in dining room, most tables were dirty. Too noisy, some guy in the back was yelling at the other employees. I would probably give it another chance. Employee started sweeping and cleaning within 15 mins my bad timing I guess. Yelling got louder. Sunday afternoon boredom I guess.

We have given this dunkin' donuts way too many chances as it's the only one close to home.And we will not give them another chance at this point every time we come here, something is wrong.Today was the first instance where we actually had nice people helping us which is why they got more than one star in that regard.But I asked for light , ice and my fiance asked for light ice.She got zero ice in her drink.Which alters the flavor and made it not taste as good as she would have liked, and when I asked for light ice, my entire cup was full of ice. The picture you were seeing is after most has melted and I gave her about half of my ice The worker also did not inform us that they were out of bacon and when she got charged for the bacon, there was nothing that they were willing to do.And they

I see all the bad reviews on here and wonder what I’m doing different, because I always have a great experience. The staff in the mornings is always super friendly, and they always get my coffee and food done the right way. I’ve been going here about a year since it’s close to work, and I’ve only had one mistake on a drink. Thanks to the morning Dunkin crew for keeping me going!

My son and I just left this Dunkin about an hour ago, and I’m still so mad about how the cashier treated us, so I decided to write a review. We walked in and no one acknowledged us for several minutes. Not a big deal. They were helping people in the drive-thru, so we waited patiently. A few minutes later a girl came over to take our order. She just walked up and stood there - no hello or what can I get for you? Again, not a big deal. It just adds more emphasis to how poorly this girl treats customers. My 8 year old place an order for one chocolate donut. After I paid, she just stood there. So I kinda just stood there too, awkwardly waiting for our donut. She didn’t budge. The customer behind us was also waiting for the cashier to give us our donut.
