The worst dunking donuts ever. The bald manager with the black beard is rude and lazy. I asked to have my sandwich cut in half his response was “I can’t cut sandwiches but I can give you a plastic knife to cut it” I also overheard him ask a customer if they were blind. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a MANAGER. To make matters worst the owner doesn’t care! Save yourself and make the drive to the location at 1 Joseph St

Dont go here. I got a bagel it had chemicals on it and tasted like it. I had it over an hour ago and can still taste some chemicals. Didn’t get a refund.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I was the only customer there and placed a mobile order ahead of time and still took forever and “hot” food came out ice cold. Would not recommend this location.

Horrible. The floors were disgusting. I ordered 2 dunkin refresher with lemonade and they gave me green tea. Then they didn't let me get it changed. After I ordered a bagel and she didn't cook it ALONG with the fact that there was Macha or some tea on it so when I bit into my cold bagel it didn't even taste good. The people were very rude and did not keep the place clean. I will not be back, ALSO their manners were horrible. I paid and they asked if I wanted my change back? I would've let it slide but when I said no she put it in the tip jar and then screamed "next". The lady in the back that cooked my bagel was in such a rush even though there was barely a line and I had also ordered avocado toast. There was no bacon on it. I had to order my own bacon. Once every month or so I give this and the gas station Dunkin another shot. Both have the same owner. I order way ahead on the mobile app consistently. Regardless of the amount of cars in the drive thru, I still have significant wait times upon arrival. It happens every-time. Especially in the morning. This particular morning was 10 minute wait for a not so good coffee. Which has been par for the course for a very long time. Any 5-star reviews are likely people passing through and getting lucky. You know the ones. The ones that always show up just before the line gets long and everything seems to fall into place perfectly for them 🤣😅. Ahhh, a guy can dream.
