Dunkin'

There are good Dunkins, and there are great Dunkins. I visited this Dunkin early on a Monday morning with my daughter, and we got our standard fare: a hot coffee for me and a flavored iced coffee for her. The coffees were ready quickly and mine was piping hot. My daughter went out on a limb and tried the lava cake flavor. She found it to be one of the more subtle flavors, but felt that the right amount had been provided. Thanks for a great start to another work week!

Cashier was very pleasant! 🙏🏾 After eating breakfast yet still drinking my coffee, I observed two male staff persons working together to bag orders. During their process, one caused a waxed sleeve (used to wrap sandwiches) to fall to the floor...a mistake, not a big deal. The other staff person picked it up from the floor...good, it should have been retrieved from the floor. The problem was that he placed it back on the stack of clean/unused sleeves AND also used it to wrap the next sandwich! Who doesn't know that sleeve should have been discarded!!! For me...that's problematic!!! What other types of improper food handling techniques/common mistakes are being made, but overlooked??? 🤔 That caused me to think to myself that I'd not want to patronize that location again!!! I’m writing this review on behalf of a young man who was in the store when I was there. He appeared to be studying so I’m assuming that he was a student. The manager at this location decided that because he was in there too long without making a purchase that he wasn’t allowed in the store. I’m all fine with kicking people out of the store who aren’t customers however that kid was studying something when the manager at the store decided to come and bang on the table really loudly in front of a lobby full of guests yelling and rudely demanded him to leave and it was pouring down raining. If this is how the employees treat our aspiring youth then I’m not sure if I want to continue to come to this location. It was like he had no regard as to why he was in there or the extreme weather conditio

I come to this location all the time to study and listen to my podcasts in the morning as I do not have strong enough WiFi at home. It’s pouring down raining and this day I was in here for no more than an hour when the manager (older guy without glasses) comes up to me and forces me to leave in the pouring rain in front of other guests because he felt like I was there too long even tho I bought something previously when I first arrived. He was very rude to me and assuming that I wasn’t a customer and even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave so I quietly left. Please fix your staff at this location, some of them have nasty dispositions towards the public and the use of the dining room policies. If I had to guess it was due to racial concern

About a year ago, I used “On-the-Go” with the Dunkin’ mobile app to pick up a cup of Dunkin’ "Original Blend" in this location, and it was a very frustrating experience. My coffee was not ready for pick up on time, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before it was ready in-store. That was then. A few days ago, I ordered ahead, and to my surprise, my coffee was ready for pick up on time in-store! These newly hired Team Members made a big difference when it came to providing every Dunkin’ customer with great service and maintaining a clean and organized shop.
