The service here is highly disappointing. I ordered a matcha latte with no ice and received a cup that was barely half full. When I asked the staff member about the missing volume, I was told: "Our default is to fill it this much for 'no ice' orders." This is a scam. They are charging for a full drink but delivering half the product. Avoid this location if you order anything without ice.

So every time I go to this location it just gets worse and worse. Two previous times my boyfriend had gotten us coffees here, they were glaringly wrong. I’m talking like completely different from the label they stick on it. The “loaded hash browns” had barely any cheese or bacon on them, and my bagel was burnt to a crisp. I get this is a less than ideal job, but if you cannot be trusted to make a bagel or coffee; what else could you possibly do?

Gonna sound silly, but the woman behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. I couldn't have milk pre-surgery. Haven't used artificial sweetener in years. She helped me pick one (stevia) which saved my caffeine fix.

Rude employees. They prepared my sister's coffee wrong, then got upset when she asked them to fix it. The coffee is just bad anyway. Never again.

Drive Thru lady was extremely rude and raised her voice at us for asking a simple question about a drink. this was today at 12:20pm 3/6/25 Don't reccomend the drive thru picture is receipt (and I'm assuming person who rang it up) and what we ordered. never have we been asked if we want lemonade or greentea base, Everytime I've ordered the mango pineapple refreshed they just said ok and gave me the drink. the attitude was not necessary and made me extremely uncomfortable
