I ordered and paid for the ultimate bacon jam sandwich and just got a bacon egg and cheese. I also ordered a medium iced dunkalatte, which the cashier put in a regular iced latte. I noticed this when I got my order and it says on the ticket that it was a regular iced latte, I get the dunkalatte because I like the coffee milk. I also get that it's busy, so no hate to the girl on reg... it happens. When I went to one of the workers to just ask for what I had ordered she got defensive saying that this is how it is made and it's made correctly. I work at a Dunkin' location in my hometown, so I know an iced latte and a dunkalatte are different. She proceeded to just make me a regular latte again as the dairy dispenser she used only holds whole milk, skim milk, and cream, and watched her use the
I like Dunkin’. It’s pretty chill and good drinks. I don’t really go for the food, but in the few cases I have, it’s been pretty good.
The food is what you'd expect from Dunkin, but the service is the best you will get on campus. Everyone is super friendly!
It's nearly always busy due to its prime location, but the coffee itself is fairly decent.
always only one register working inbetween classes when they know it’s going to be busy. poor management or under staffed
