This isn't the best online purchase! This dessert is a favorite. I wanted to enjoy it with my family; the Boston Kreme is our favorite. The order was for four Boston Kreme and two Double Chocolate. The mistake could be one donut, but four? That's terrible! I don't have time to drive to the store to exchange it. I hope you check the receipt for the next customer. Im sorry but???? Why's it missing 2 inches of drink?? And no, its not been "sitting out" for it to be that way, not even possible. I've paid 6-7$ (occasionally 8$ with mods) and each time it's like they take more and more from each drink I order. It's upsetting I rlly love dunkin matcha but are you serious? It's like getting more air than product, like an airy bag of chips. Disappointing :(
Received my uber eats order with my large coffee a croissant and a sausage bagel upon opening my package found coffee to be literally a 3rd of the way full. What kind of negligence and customer service is this I am completely flabbergasted. How could someone give this kind of work ethic for a multi million dollar company. Placed an order thru the app on my phone, being that I was on my lunch break. When I arrived my coffee was luke warm and sandwich was not ready. Had to wait which made me late back to work. There where only two employees there and where not pleasant about it.Never coming back to this location
We came by for the ice cream. It looked like it had been sitting for a while (old) and it didn’t taste fresh. Also, they didn’t have butter pecan. Just got the kids an ice cream which they had the Elf Creature Creation for $4.99 but then charge .99 for the ice cream !? Not worth the stop.
