Dunkin'

Ladies in the early morning about 4 am are amazing. But this morning nov 8th at 615 am the ladies were amazing but there needs to be something done with the young teen boy there with glasses black hair and attitude. Man ordered mocha coffee it wasn't on the recipe slip on the cup so customer spoke this bratty kid gave him the worst tone and attitude that I've ever heard or seen there. Now when a customer complains it should just be fixed especially if the complaint is being said rudely. Now the young man didn't say anything really wrong but it's all in the tone and rude faces rolling eyes and stuff. He did not seem to understand why I was aggravated and speaking up. The assistant was very unhelpful as well basically told me to be on my way then the wonderful manager came out and handled it

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars but that's not an option. I know it's Dunkins and this location always get my order wrong, so idk why i even went there. The window person was kind of nice. But my food was burnt and shockingly ice cold at the same time. My lemonade was just ice water... And when I called to figure out what I could do, the "manager" who answered the phone just screamed in the phone and hung out on me. Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this Dunkins.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Irving Gas station. I used mobile pickup for convenience, but when I arrived, the staff was extremely rude. One of the employees threatened not to show the mobile pickup orders in the future and told me to “be patient and wait” in a very disrespectful tone. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially toward a paying customer using the service as intended. I’ve always relied on Dunkin’ for a quick and smooth experience, but this kind of attitude makes me reconsider coming back. Customer service should be about courtesy and professionalism—not hostility. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures staff are trained to treat customers respectfully.

Look at this burnt bacon bro I’d never serve this to someone

My wife went in while I waited outside she emerged about 5 minutes later empty handed. I asked what happened she said she could here the employees but could get their attention apparently they were laughing and discussing something far more important than counter customers. So I drove to the drive thru and a guy named I believe he said was mack or Maxx scruffy looking with glasses. I asked him why my wife couldn't get anyone's attention at the counter thus I'm in the drive thru. I asked to speak to a manager was told she will be in in the morning so quote. "I could leave now " that refresher was $4 and change my opinion of this place changed today. And I'll repeat it to anyone else if they mention your store. And I will be contacting a manager and thanks for the outstanding service. I po
