Dunkin'

my coffee was good, but what is this “bagel with cream cheese”. It looks like someone literally licked the cream cheese off, not a respectful schmear. Btw I came in around noon on thursday march 13th.

Crumbs on the tables, food was cold and looked like it was thrown directly from a plastic bag into a to go bag. Employees did not welcome anyone in or interact with any costumers, they instead cackled very loudly and ignored people in the store.

Y'all gotta stop understaffing your damn locations. I feel so bad for these two workers who are stuck fulfilling what appears to be 15 orders all by themselves. Still waiting on my order after 30 minutes, but I can't even blame the staff. Management has got to do something about this fr

Worker (Zoe) was rude for no reason. Went to check if the order was ours and she snapped at us. Then when the order came all the hash browns were spilled at the bottom of the bag.. coincidence? If you can’t keep yourself together working at a Dunkin’ Donuts Gooooodluck!

Be sure to check that they packed all your donuts before you leave. You may be missing some. Ordered a dozen donuts only received 11. They do not apparently answer their phone.
