Dunkin'

I was really excited to try this Dunkin’ location for the first time, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the hype from all the commercials. I ordered an iced caramel chocolate shaken espresso, a bacon, sausage, and cheese croissant, and a six-piece hash brown. When I received my order, the bacon was missing from my sandwich. I went back through the drive-through and asked for a new sandwich with bacon. I understand that employees sometimes need to verify mistakes, but being asked to give my food back just so it could be thrown away felt unnecessary—especially since I wasn’t the one who made the mistake. Newly opened. Very clean and well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. French crullers were tasty. A nice addition to the neighborhood!

Bad experience. Did not get what I wanted through the drive thru. I should’ve went in. Really? You charge $1.00 for a pup cup that wasn’t even in a cup but on the lid of a coffee cup

Been here a couple of times since they’ve opened and I’m very pleased! Kept clean and the staff is all welcoming and very nice!
