Dunkin'

Incredibly rude employees tonight 2/19/26. Ordered an iced latte and the employee basically poured a cup of milk. She also refused to make it better and walked away. I left my drink on the counter and walked away. Forwarding this to Dunkin’ customer service.

Why are the donut at opening not fresh, why am I still waiting 5 minutes after opening time to make a order! They are not ready in time. The store should be prep before hand not have employees walk into the location at 5:58am to open its 6am completely unacceptable

How is your staff so late! Counting the drawer it’s 6:11am , over been waiting for this to open since 2 minutes prior. Staff should arrive 15 minutes prior to opening , this is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve experienced

I had a gift card to use. It wouldn't swipe correctly and was given it back. The next day I tried to use it at my local Dunkin and it wouldn't swipe again. But at my local one they took 5 seconds to type the card in and it worked. This one at the airport that had no line when I was there couldn't be bothered to try a little harder, like 5 seconds of effort harder. Side note they were not safe the other day with blocking emergency equipment.
