Dunkin'

This dunking donuts is sucks. I always order one thing and they’re giving me a wrong item. Days before I order my coffee with outmel milk because I don’t tolerate the lactose and I doble check asking the girl that gives to me and she said yes. And I was sick all day. Today I order munchies but JUST jelly and glaze and you can see the pic. Really bad. They are not pain attention or I don’t know what happen here. But they are really bad.

this dunkin sucks. there’s a bigger dude who is always rude and looks like he hates his job every single time i’m there. you guys also need to get him a bigger shirt. anyways there’s a drink ON THEIR MENU and they always act like they have no clue what it is. please educate your workers on drinks you have on your menu. i try to tell them what it is and they tell me they can’t do that IT IS ON YOUR MENU. every other dunkin i go to they give me the drink because it is literally on your menu. please educate your workers on knowing the menu and being kind.

Made a mobile order at 150 pm got there at 2pm sat at drive up teller for 5 mins , said my mobile order , still not ready . Pulled up to window ... still not ready . Then she tried to give me the wrong order. Finally at 217pm I got my order good lord . Worst dunkin around . Yes I know go to a different one but its next to the store I was shopping at . AND I placed my mobile order while standing in line to check out at the store I was at. And it wasn't even busy there was ONE car in the drive up and none in the parking lot.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts. Ordered on app to pick up. I refill my balance to keep ready on app. Ordered two items. I arrived and big boys doing nothing with zero customers didn’t read the order. Had to wait. And wait. One large item was not in stock. There was no alternative so I simply asked to put my balance back. They tell me they cannot do that. So I suggested to just do a gift card. They cannot do that. I tell them I want a refund. They can’t do that. They tell me to try coming back another day when there is a manager. I don’t go to this location. So I asked for the contact number. They cannot do that. They don’t care. I didn’t get what I ordered. And they took my money. Of course this will not end well for them. At all.

I want to thank Meredith for the outstanding customer service I get every single time she takes my order and makes my coffee to perfection. Every time I go in the morning there's nothing but coffee grounds in my coffee but when Meredith makes it, she has it down to perfection. Thank you!
