Paid 8.50 for a sausage egg n cheese English muffin and an orange juice that was hurriedly slapped together by 1 employee. At McDonald’s next door I pay 6.50 for a spicy McMuffin and a smoothie and they have more than 1 employee
8:15 a.m. and just stood in line for 10 minutes watching the lady wipe down equipment and tables and the other worker is sitting at a table eating her breakfast even though they just opened and when I asked to order a coffee the woman gave me attitude and was like yeah I'll be with you in a minute. Really because I just stood here for 10 minutes and nobody addressed me. Have to love that wonderful Woonsocket customer service. Needless to say I just walked out I wasn't going to sit there and continue to wait for her while she was too busy to help a customer.
I went to this Dunkin on March 25th 2024 around 2:30 PM and I give that exact time because I hope management sees this and takes action against the most unprofessional and incompetent person I've ever met. Not only did she get my order wrong twice but she charged me for something I didn't order. Will not be getting anything from this Dunkin anymore.
cheapskates would not give me a cup of ice unless I paid $0.55 even though I was going to make a purchase for the $6.00 deal. come on! how cheap can you get?!
I am a very frequent customer there because I shop at Walmart 4-5 times a week and the staff is really nice there at Dunkin. I don't know if it was just a bad day for them but I ordered a Large Green Tea with 5 Splenda and was given a large Black Tea, also the tags were ripped off the bags with just the strings left. I returned the tea and the girl rolled her eyes as I showed up grabbed two tea bags and made the tea saying "I think it's green now" with a snobby tone. As I got in my car an started to sip on it I noticed it was grainy, when I opened the lid both bags were torn an the tea was floating everywhere. I then had my sister bring back the tea to the girl an I that point I didn't even want my money back, she told me the same girl took it an said "Ugh with this green tea". But that i
