The young lady did my frozen coffee great. The coffee was great and I didn’t have to ask her to re-make it. Thank you for my frozen French Vanilla Coffee with 6 Swirls:)
Donuts are typical, not bad. Bagels, however, are basically hamburger rolls with a hole in them, they are not boiled before baking, they are nothing like a true bagel.
Customer service is good here, but recently, this place has taken a turn for the worse, with cleanliness no longer taken seriously. I showed up today to the wall being covered in flies and bugs literally flying on and off the food. Though this is a major issue, the staff is very friendly and always polite.
I use to really like this location until I met this older lady named Sue. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be going to the new platz Dunkin from now on.
Worst experience ever. Employee in drive up used foul language and cursed in front of my child. Called store manager to complain who insisted nothing happened and to complain to corporate about it
