Always a long wait, don't bother stopping if there's a line. Waited over 10 minutes after placing my order today to just leave the line because I had an appointment and couldnt be late.
I went there at 6:30 to get an dunklatte and was told the espresso machine is already cleaned so I can’t get it when they close at 10pm. Imagine going in on an overnight shift without coffee. It’s always an issue with this store. They never want to serve people.
I paid for my order and left it. I waited for over five minutes for my order to be taken.The same person that was takenThe orders was handling cash and a register, while also preparing food with the same gloves
Was the only one in the drive through took 10 minutes to take my order, Another 10 to give me a black coffee.
They took FOREVER to get two drinks done. There were no customers besides me, There were THREE people working, And we waited 10 minutes only for 2 drinks. They also made the drinks wrong, which took longer.
