Dunkin'

The girl who was working the drive thru today (02/11) at 12pm was the sweetest! The food came out perfect! Overall a better experience than normal!!

This is absolutely my go to Dunkin’ Donuts for the last 6 months or so. The girls are great. Especially Tasha! She is absolutely a pleasure to see when I come to this location. Always kind, polite, attentive and has always made my coffee correct, it’s always on point and the freshest, best tasting coffee from any Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever gone to. Such a pleasure stopping here! She is definitely an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts and whoever does the hiring needs to hire more people like her, she’s great!

I have given this Dunkin way too many chances since it's my only way to get coffee on my way to work. Overall the worst Dunkin I've been to. In the mornings they take way too long (I get it, they're understaffed), often the coffee tastes awful, if I make a mobile order they'll have my drinks ready but not the food (I have to ask for it after waiting for long), and the most recent mistake: I asked for a spider donut and they gave me a frosted donut with a munchkin on it...

This Dunkin is so fast in the afternoon. There's a girl there (Natasha) who is equal to three employees elsewhere. She always remembers your order and makes it perfect in no time at all. I literally can pull into her line with five other cars in it and still be done in less than two or three minutes.

I was having a hard time figuring out the Dunkin' app, the cashier was rather rude to me and quite impatient, everything was very confusing and frankly the app is idiotic, with how horrible the format is. But anyway, got the coffee and avacado toast quickly (though they were not clear as to what food was mine). Would not recommend Dunkin' in general, but maybe the drive-through was better.
