Dunkin'

On September 6th at 5:30 pm, my friends and I went to the Malden location inside the stop and shop. The person who served us, a white woman with short hair, about 40 years old, was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked for a cappuccino, she yelled at me and told me that the machine was already off and that they only had coffee. I ordered four drinks, and when she delivered them, she only gave us two. She yelled at me again and told me that she didn't have a cappuccino and that if I wanted something hot, they only had regular coffee. When I arrived at this location, I said hello and tried to be friendly, but this woman overstepped her bounds and didn't even respond to my greeting. I usually stop by this coffee shop after finishing grocery shopping on Saturdays. Although I enjoy chai latte from here, I don't like the customer service!!!!

If you come here bc Amex offers you 7 dollars credits for Dunkin’ each month, then DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy it here bc it’s not Dunkin’s!!!! it’s stop and shop charge!…. It’s fine, but idk why I get diarrhea now after drinking their matcha latte, I wonder if it’s clean enough. Very small place inside of Stop and shop. There is no sitting area here. Mobil ordering is not accepted and you can't use dunkin app to pay as well.
