Dunkin'

I visited this place for the first time and it was terrible, the crew was super unprofessional, there was a Hispanic lady with glasses that kept looking at my kids and laughing, then the young guy was like not paying attention to what me and my brother were saying when placing an order, seems like they were too busy talking on their headsets. After we order, the young girl with glasses was looking at us and telling another young girl something, I look up and she was looking our way and started laughing and laughing, very rude and very unprofessional. I will never visit that place again and to top it off the coffee was burnt and the pastries were bitter. So I will spend my money where I am treated like a normal person.

This is not a dunkin' donuts. It is a gas station with a clear plastic box with some donuts in it and dunkin' donuts branding on the side. It's fine if you want a gas station or some gas station donuts but you can't get the vast majority of the stuff you can get at dunkin' donuts. I have no idea why dunkin' donuts is poisoning their brand in this way, but don't bother coming here if you want anything other than basic donuts and gas station coffee

Why they messed my order up then a manager answers and say you have to call back tomorrow when the other manager is here i’m sure he will give u a refund like what do better. I have been calling for two days when I can anyway.

Could they put less jelly in the doughnuts or what? Average bites on a round doughnut is 4 I would think . The sad part is your lucky to get 1 bite with the jelly in it. Sad

Just handed me thee worst coffee I've ever tasted in my entire life. I am actually not sure how they managed to make it taste this bad.
