Dunkin

My mom has never been to a Dunkin Donuts so I wanted to wait for her to decide what she wanted before I started ordering. Both employees were very rude and impatient as they didn't want to wait for the only two people in the store to "hurry up already." Not to mention they could've waited until I was gone before they wanted to talk bad about me for "incorrectly saying an item," even though they clarified and understood what I meant. It's very obvious why this store in particular does not stay busy and would rather drive to another store unless people know exactly what they want. My mom's drink barely had any flavoring, mine was decently made.

My wife went inside and the employees were very rude to her. And then they got the order wrong, she ordered plain donut holes for our dogs but they gave her glazed instead.

I went today to pick up my mobile order and realized they had forgotten one of my donuts so I call the store to see if I could pick it up later but I immediately got hung up on. I understand making a mistake of course but I really didn’t need to be hung up on????

I came to the grand opening today and everything was great, I ordered coffee and donuts and they tasted great. The employees were very nice and had smiles on their faces

Staff totally ignored customers inside store to place orders..however 3 were at the drive-thru and 1 was making coffee and wouldn’t turn around.. we were there for a fair amount of time before we walked out empty handed.
