Dunkin'

Good evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Dunkin. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was in the Shop Rite. I have never seen a Dunkin in my area of Philadelphia located in a Shop Rite supermarket. First I shopped in the Shop Rite, then after my movie, "I Can only imagine 2" I went back and stopped at the Dunkin to purchase a large decaf coffee black with butter pecan. I decided to treat myself once again. Jaymini was the employee who assisted me. She was nice and eager to please. Jaymini had just finished assisting other customers before me. Then it was my turn. I was the only person there at that time. I had to wait for my coffee, since I wanted decaf and it had to be brewed. I notice that sometimes I have to wait for decaf since most people

When i pay that kinda money for a drink I would like it made how I asked when I said no thats not what I wanted the guy said thats how we make the drink I asked no cold foam he argue with me so I threw my drink away I cant have cold foam why is it hard to put no cold foam n then argue with me to the point I leave n throw my whole drink in the trash if you dont like your job find a new one all workers there are rude

Bad attitude. Ordered “less ice”. Drink is full of ice. When we told the lady, she removed literally ONE piece of ice.

Staff is very impatient and unprofessional to be honest. I ordered a latte today and they gave me iced coffee when I tried to tell them about it, the employee stated that my drink “ was a latte! ” and proceeded to show some attitude. I took the incorrect drink only because I saw no need to proceed with these individuals and I thought to myself hey it’s only 3 dollars and they will never have my business again. Lastly this is not my first time having an experience like this. This would be the third time. I will not name the employees because I don’t want anything to happen to them but this is messed up and they need to change. This is just one persons comment but come on man this is my drink, and it was early in the morning as well and to know that these are the individuals that are handli

I would like to give a higher rating because 99% of the time I have no problems here. The past two Sundays I came here and was told I couldn't get a sausage, eggn and cheese sandwich because they had no croissants, bagels, or muffins. I've come here others days, even early in the evening and have no issues when the girls are working. It seems to me the guy working on Sundays just doesn't want to be bothered serving anything except drinks and donuts. I most likely won't be going back anymore.
