On 10/20/2025 , I went there around 8:20 am and purchased a medium coffee , plain bagel toasted with butter and croissants toasted with butter. There was so much butter that soaked through the bag causing butter to drip through the bag into my $144.00 pants😡 I wasn't able to eat either item because it was saturated with butter and no one in their right state of mind would consume that much butter let alone put that much butter on someone's food.
Placed order through app, was charged and the store is closed. Still no refund!! I wish I could post the photos.
I stopped to pick up two Old Fashioned Donuts for my boss. The teenager rang me up, took my money and gave me change, one dollar of which I put in the tip jar and then he realized they didn’t have Old Fashioned donuts and offered me glazed Old Fashioned. I called my boss and she only wanted one. He gave me the one, but then had no idea how to refund me for the other donut. He called the teenager manager over. Both offered me a second donut and I said she only wanted one and I’m gluten intolerant, I can’t eat it. They both said they couldn’t offer me a refund. So I said I’m taking my dollar back from the tip jar and they could keep my $1.50 for the donut I didn’t get. The teenage manager yelled at me to not come back as I was leaving. Don’t worry, I won’t.
A Hispanic man was extremely rude he must have hearing issues I must've yelled my order to this man and he made the wrong drink and REFUSED to remake the drink. I confirmed my order at least 20 times how can he get it wrong and then refuse to make a drink???? I worked at Dunkin before no manager denies a remake on an order he's like just stuck up and incredibly unprofessional never ordering when I see this guy again. Please wear hearing aids next time. There is definitely a problem.
The Lady at the drive through with the Green hair is not pleasant at all. She always has an attitude and I’ve caught her talking bad about customers a few times. No recommended to start your morning off with that kind of negativity.
