Dunkin'

I asked for my usual large iced chai latte instead I was forced to take a matcha latte. She was passing it off yes it's chai latte. The drink is green!! I also ordered an avocado toast no seasoning the girl went and burned the bread and asked me if I was okay with it. Bad service.

I’ve been to some poorly run Dunkies over the years but this one is by far the worst. The middle aged woman who is always there (manager?) is the ignorant and incompetent employee I’ve ever seen. This last time I was the only person there and she took my order and still managed to forget about AND make a mistake. Then tosses my order down rudely and continues chatting with another employee who was doing nothing. Will not give them another penny.

I ordered a hot chocolate with milk and whipped cream. Employee made a hot coffee.. I asked if it was hot chocolate and she said she charged me for a coffee, so she had to refund and rering. (A 10 cent difference). She gave the wrong amount for a refund and I had to explain math to her 3 times. Then made me the drink cold? When I asked why and she said she didn't care? I then asked for a refund and instead of taking back the change and returning my $5, she handed me a handful of coins. I work in customer service and if I treated anyone like that I wouldn't have a job. I get it you don't like your job but there's no reason to take it out on the customers. Sad this place in close to the ice rink. Id stay away!

I walked into Dunkin Donuts this morning I had a question about an option that I did not see on the Dunkin’ Donuts app. I approached a worker under the name of Fatima. I asked her if I could ask her a question she told me to wait and then when she started to approach me, she kept shouting “what” “what” “what is your question” I was apalled by this interaction because I was not hostile towards her. I was just asking her if I could ask her a question. Then another employee with pink highlights approached me afterwards and assured me of my question about a certain flavor ending, but they still have extra and wouldn’t mind putting it into my order So I continue to make my order on the Dunkin’ Donuts app after I finish making my order I had told Miss Fatima that I made the order. Great service, awesome staff, they make my coffee perfect every time and I appreciate them! Especially Katelyn! I have been to over 100 Dunkins and sometimes they make my coffee great and other times there is room for improvement. Every coffee Katelyn has ever made is perfect, she's super friendly and wonderful at customer service. Every Dunkin would be lucky to have an employee like that!
