Dunkin'

Extremely disappointed with my order made yesterday I ordered two beverages in which were filled to the brim with cold foam the woman who made them said this is how it’s supposed to look I’ve came to this Dunkin for over a year and have ALWAYS ordered the same thing and I’ve never been disappointed like this it was absolutely NOT Worth $10 it looks as if she hadn’t made enough of the drink itself so instead of taking a minute to correct the drink she just filled it up with cold foam after the cold foam settled the drink wasn’t even full. I then called not once not twice but four times the same woman who made the drinks Answered the phone playing games refused to let me speak to the manager said that there was only two workers and the manager was busy to call back the following Day then ne

Drove 20 mins out of the way for dunkin to be closed. Definitely need to post a sign or tale it off Google. Its a Saturday morning right next to a truck stop, like why are the closed🤦‍♀️

All I ordered was the 2 bacon snacks an last time I check something like that is supposed to be hot an it's the exact opposite. there mad cold an mad greasy ,the lady didnt even tell me my order was ready I would have understood if your behind im a driver that slightly have to rely on truck stops like this to serve food nice an hot especially if im paying for something to be hot

The person taking my order did not ask if I wanted my refresher with tea or lemonade and instead assumed it was tea. At first I didn’t care because I should’ve remembered to say what I wanted it with as well. However, when I asked him if he made it with tea he responded “yea, I don’t ask because it’s usually tea.” I understand forgetting, but just not asking at all is in my opinion bad service. While he was remaking my drink the subways worker walks over and says he is “just there to entertain” and then after no laughter at his joke says he is “training” the Dunkin worker. Why is the subway worker training someone for a different company? Also, if he is still being trained, why is he already assuming orders. I came back about a week later and again, same thing. Didn’t ask what I wanted

This is the Dunkin Donuts in the truck stop. Our donuts were fresh and delicious. 6 donuts were $4.99, which seems a little high, but the service was fast and friendly.
