Dunkin'

Stopped by this Dunkin' earlier today and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. When I walked in, there were four employees behind the counter. While it looked like none of them were particularly busy, not a single one acknowledged me—not a glance, not a "we’ll be right with you," nothing. While waiting, I noticed a fly land in a box of donuts that one of the employees was assembling. That was enough for me to skip the coffee altogether and just grab an energy drink from the attached gas station instead. What really stood out, though, was what happened as I walked away. A customer of a different ethnicity than myself approached the counter and was immediately greeted and served—much more warmly than what I experienced. The new gentleman with the amazing nails working in the mornings gets things done! He can multitask like nobodies business and is also super nice! Give that man a raise.

They do not accept cash, And when I was trying to pay with cash, she was looking at me like I’m doing something weird! so dear US dollar, they don’t believe in you! I will report this to inspection community! In my coffee halfway full! The lowest quality of service from Dunkin’ Donuts! I am done with you guys!

Went today for breakfast. I wouldn't let these "people" serve me anything. Put too match sugar in my ice coffee. I paid for another. Then the second guy uses the wrong coffee ( tell ur grandparents Russo said hello and don't forget to mention what team u decide to join) ... horrible service!!!

Notice the complete lack of staff? It's one guy for the in-store orders, drive through, making all of the food and drinks. Would you want to work here? The guy is nice but set up to fail. There's no way. And if you ordered on the go, like me, you're just trapped waiting for a half hour because there's no way to cancel your order.
