Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to, 4 People working here and nobody at the front counter workers are standing around wouldn’t let us use the bathroom

This Dunkin is truly the worse and needs to be shut down , they never have anything fresh , from the milk the bread everything and nobody makes anything right spent $12 for latte and still got regular coffees

If you are open until 10, have the basics, or change your hours. Fyi, I went in 25 minutes before closing, they only had some cafe options.

I came in at 8:02 the latest to place my order because I work 7 minutes away at 8:30 since I’ve been having issues with cutting it close to being late at going at 8:15 to every Dunkin in this area (sawmill across from Walmart and Valero) I didn’t receive my donuts after the purchase only one of my drinks were made incorrectly. I didn’t get any updates about my food until 8:17. Your crew focused solely on the drive thru. I had to be late to work even after planning ahead. I would very much h like a full refund. I will be holding on to this food until I clock out today. This is ridiculous of you have new hires, someone should be training close by not letting her work on her own.

One of the worst experiences I ever had at this dunkin, she dint even cared to take my order properly (I ordered hot small signature latte with coca moca) instead she gave me a hot latte and she said I’m giving you guys free whip cream on it not charging for that when I asked her this is not what I ordered she said this is what you said. Anyway the lady taking up order is super rude dint even cared to change my order instead she said I have customer waiting. Please guys try to avoid this place at any cost if you wanna save your dollar!!
