Dunkin'

I went to get my Granddaughter class some dunking for her class nd I couldn't because the lady said she's to busy nd has to do all the other food first mind you there was someone in the back doing prep I worked before nd we had to take care of the customer first like what she turned everyone away I don't like that because stop doing what u doing nd take care of the customer that are there

I was hoping to get a coffee but the employees were standing around saying "we have a large order you'll have to wait". This guy was waiting and said hey I need to get to work it's one bagel. The woman with grey hair seemed to choose to escalate him rather than expedite him. This led to a shouting match where she's screaming at the customer and the younger woman walked away to the cashier side. The guy was useless in this whole event. The woman told the guy he wasn't getting any food and banned him from the store so he was screaming because he obviously wanted a refund and instead of one of the two other employees refunding him the woman in the screaming match had to. I left because that was out of control. This place was always slow and bad at their jobs but this was beyond anythi

The guy there who has a watch on his wrist, looks to be a bout 45, was doing a bad job. I was hopping to get a nice ice pumpkin spice latte with cold foam, but instead I got something way different, plus the fact I watched him mess up 3 other orders while I was there, then when it was my turn at the register he couldn’t even work the thing.

I understand the mobile app isn't very good with updated inventory. But at least have the courtesy to inform that they weren't anymore donuts available instead of having me stand there for a while after receiving my drink. I had to pull it out of her by asking where's the rest of my order. After she let me know about the donuts being out of stock she didn't bother making the customer feel a little happier about any refund information. AGAIN I had to pull it out of her. I shouldn't have to ask those kinds of questions if she had any empathy. The other two Dunkins on Chelmsford st didn't have worker that were like that. I don't care if you're closing. Just have a better response next time. It's a good thing I wasn't a mystery shopper.

There is one girl name Sarah is so rude. That is my third time that she did that to me. I order my Latte on my mobile app and when I went to pick up, she said we didn’t have your order. And while I’m getting my phone to show her my order, the other lady hold my coffee and said it’s ready. For the first time it’s okay and then it happened again. Now the third time she said I don’t have your Latte and gave me back my money with a bad attitude. I told her I want to talk to the other lady and she acted like she didn’t want to. I told her again that i want to talk to the other person and she did go back there while the other lady came back my coffee AGAIN. I hope the manager will do something about this. Other people are very nice except this one girl.
