This is the worst dunkin I have ever been too hands down. The little high school boys have zero customer service. I ordered my drink very clearly through the drive thru and they still got it wrong. Retraining is needed for this location to even be decent.

Food was burnt after 10 minutes of waiting in the drive through, they always seem to be out of something simple to have, could barely understand what the person was saying and prices are very high for something low quality.

Found a mosquito in my drink, fair to say that I vomited and will never be going to any Dunkin ever again, frustrating to think the staff just make your drink without even glancing at it. Starbucks it is!

Waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes and did not hear any response. I pulled up thinking maybe the speaker was broken since every other dunkins I have ever been to greeted me in under 1 minute. I pull up and get a nasty look and a "did you order" I replied no because I thought the speaker was broken . She then was very rude and says "it's not you need to wait". I responded letting her know we were there for 5 minutes so we were not sure if the drive thru was down. She responds said "no you weren't" and was very rude and cold. Her reason was they were busy which I understand but we got no communication at all. It clearly seems she's poor at managing her staff. Most likely because her attitude and her staff probably called out leaving them short handed because she's miserable. We de

The new fall crew after the teenagers went back to school this year is horrible. Only one out of 10 of them understand English. It takes 4 wrong coffees to finally get my coffee right. It takes at least 20 attempts to ring in my two coffees properly on the register. She gave me attitude the whole time. She also overcharged me, and I didn’t care to deal with it so I left it. App was down, so I was stuck going in. I’d rather go elsewhere. Great coffee though once it was made right by the manager.
