Dunkin'

This is the worst dunkin around! This store is usually not busy, but you'll wait well over 10 minutes for just a coffee whether you go inside the store or through the drive thru even when you are the only customer in line. And most of the staff, not all, are rude, miserable and dirty looking. I stopped going to this store.

When you run out of hot chocolate with the cup only 1/3 full, the answer is not to just fill the cup with water

I had to pull over on the side of the road to write this review. That's how annoying this is. Woman at the window seemed like she didn't want to be there. She had a stank attitude, no customer service skills and needs to be replaced immediately. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese "ON IT". I was given a Bagel without cheese and no knife ri spread it on it. Smh. Just go across the street and order dunkin for there

Absolutely the rudest customer service ever! And to find out it was by the Manager! They had an issue with the register and they argued with the customers in front of us. People were walking out. When something was said to him he told us ‘to go to the store across the street’ He does not belong in customer service, nevermind a management position. This was 9am 10/19, there really should be a follow up to such rudeness!!!!

This dunk donuts is terrible. It was better before they got rid of the manager. Now it is run by a bunch of rude people who don’t like to do anything except talk no. Sense to each other and have customers wait 15 minutes for a black ice coffee. Place sucks they need to start over at this location and let every one of their employees go. Place blows
