wake up wrap wasn’t even warm it was rock solid with a lukewarm egg and a burnt and crunchy tortilla. the coffee is never correct either too much sugar or too much cream. nothing can even come close to how bad this place is.

My drink is never full to the top and always full of ice. I asked for light ice. This happens every time I always let it go but today the person on the headset cut me off and said they start making the drinks right away when i tried to correct her for putting in my whole drink wrong.

These tremendous scumbags charge for ice and cream. SO 3 CREAM IS .75¢ And Ice enough to fill a medium cup is $1.00. That's disgusting. What once was about $2.50 is now almost $5 Two days ago at this exact location I purchased a double espresso over ice for $2.50. I've never went to the better business bureau before but charging for frozen water is just too much for me.

I feel so sorry for the employees at this location, the manager today in the morning was yelling at them and berating them in front of customers because the line wasn't moving fast enough. Very UNPROFESSIONAL on her part. Although our order was incorrect and went inside to get it corrected, when the employee saw me coming in and realizing something was wrong, his face turned pale white and started trembling and quickly corrected the order making sure the manager didn't see it so she wouldn't verbally harras them all over again. A good manager does not need to yell and insult employees especially in front of customers. If they messed up, you take them aside. All she accomplished was making them more nervous.

Service was fast and good! Had an avocado toast, it was awesome. Fresh ingredients and a good healthy mid meal snack.
