Dunkin'

I just had the nastiest encounter with a woman named Sheila at the drive thru. She was upset I didn’t place my order in 24 seconds. I greeted her and asked how she was. She then was mimicking a disabled person. She was entitled and ready to hand over her name as if she was a goddess inside that store. Terrible customer service. Terrible management to hire an employee of such. I’ll contact corporate after this review. The amount of bad service and 1 star reviews speak for itself. I would stay far away from this franchise and bring your money where it is appreciated.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DUNKIN SERVICE!!!!!! THERE IS ABOUT 3 PEOPLE WHO NEED T0 BE FIRED!!!!!!! as a business owner myself I would never speak to customers the way they do. I'm sure they never took the safe food test either considering they just throw around food as they are prepping it . slamming meat & eggs on the counter while I'm watching him through the drive thru window . i honestly feel bad for the ones that have such a positive attitude and actually care about customers because they have to work with those ignorant people .. i definitely think some things need to be changed. & THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GO.

Whoever was taking orders in the drive thru this morning has to be one of the rudest people ever. Made me feel anxious and rushed. Lady at checkout was nice- different person. First and last time coming to this location.

First dunking donuts I stop in on my trip to FL and the service from the person was very bad. Treated me like I'm and idiot. I basically wanted to jump the counter and give him a good slap for his attitude.

Horrible experience. I got a total of 4 items, 2 of which were drinks and everytime I listed a new item the man taking my order rolled his eyes. Then when my food was ready, he slammed down my food and muttered to himself angerly.
