Super slow. Rude staff. Constantly swearing and wishing she could “be at the beach” ordered my three year old an egg wrap and this is how they thought it was okay to give it. Burnt to an absolute crisp the tortilla crumbled in my hand. Coffee was disgusting. Done giving this place chances. Waste of money

Will absolutely never go back. I don't know if they're just desperate for help and hiring anything with a pulse but they're awful and don't understand the most simple or orders. 'blueberry muffin with butter on it' simple? No. The cut it horizontal and gave me a butter soaked crumbling disaster. Then I asked for it to be made normal, nope. They literally buttered the entire OUTSIDE of the muffin then stuck it in the bag. Idk who trained these kids but they should not be allowed to anymore. Here's the muffin she smeared butter all over the OUTSIDE on , all over the inside of the wrapper.. basically everywhere except, you know, the inside of the muffin.

The service is great! They are very friendly and patient to my boys! Wish it has drive through.

Absolutely horrible experience. The manager(Steve I believe) not only accosted the employees but also my wife. Tried to tell us we were scamming him over 4 extra caramel swirl to my wife’s coffee after they didn’t ring it up properly. He Was upset didn’t want to deal with it and walked out after I went in and asked to have my wife’s coffee remade. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

Great customer service. They need to set a better standard for mix dozen. 5 jelly?? No gladed and all repeats. It was 830am on a Sunday so it's not like they were out of any kind. Staff was nice but go in and pick your donuts vs the trust of a "true mix".
