Dunkin'

Mornings morning I get it we can all get tired but I feel like with the morning crew you can ask for a certain type of coffee and just end up getting black with cream.

Don't order a breakfast sandwich here. The sausage was inedible- it was half dark brown and extremely hard. the employee had a smirk on his face the whole time making it, not sure if he gave me this bad sausage patty on purpose, i was very friendly, so i don't know why he would, but you never know. Maybe everyone else will have better luck than I with their breakfast sandwichs.

I went in for a refresher and an avocado toast. The Latina lady that works there basically ran out from behind the counter, and started putting all the sweeteners away. There was a man there that she was speaking to in Spanish and told him that the a male that had just walked in steals all the sweeteners everyday. She told him in Spanish and they both started laughing. Then another Latino male walked in and he passed her some money, I guess he’s also a regular and she took his order before mine. The male that she was speaking of was behind me and said hello to me. I said hello as well. She does not know that I am Latina as well. When she finally took my order, I gave her my order in Spanish. She was frazzled because she knows I heard what she had said. I know the man she was speaking about

My Caramel Craze was awesome. Super friendly staff.

The owner/manager of this particular location needs to hire crew members ASAP. Dunkin is a great franchise but you are loosing business because your store is understaffed. Your employees are getting pounded with orders and they are frustrated. Honestly is not their fault. They are doing what they can. Management/owner needs to step it up.
