It’s a good Dunkin’ location It’s conveniently located inside the lake forest oasis and has a drive thru on the northbound side going towards Wisconsin. Employees here are somewhat friendly. The food is somewhat good. The donut I bought here was good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unexpected Gem on the Road! While traveling across states, I took a chance and exited the expressway looking for a quick bite. I pulled into a strip of fast food spots that looked a little questionable at first—but Dunkin’ Donuts caught my eye with its convenient drive-thru, so I gave it a shot. I ordered the $6 meal, which came with 6-piece seasoned hash browns (🔥🔥🔥), a bacon, egg & cheese bagel (I requested mine without bacon and added strawberry jelly), and a medium iced coffee. To my surprise, everything was absolutely delicious. I love my food well done, and they made it just the way I like it! The hash browns? Let’s just say they didn’t stand a chance. 😋 The staff was kind, attentive, and super efficient. Honestly, from the photos it may not look like much—but trust me

I ordered a large chai latte with whole milk and the first one I got was ice cold. They remade it and gave me only warm milk nothing else no chai at all.. Very frustrating and after I waited 15mins in the drive thru. (I was the only person in line…)

The customer service is bad. I placed my order in time but my coffee and my wife ice tea didn’t taste right at all. My coffee didn’t have anything that I add extra to it and my wife ice tea was just ice and taste like water. What is the point to have staff who isn’t going to do their job right as customer service but not just that the drinks don’t taste right. We were on the road and don’t have time to turn around to ask for it to be done right - when it should have been done right the first time. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask for! You need better people working there and do the orders right. Don’t come here if you want your drinks not to taste what you ordered!

I’m coming out of work and I wanted something to eat real quick they took at least five minutes to respond to the drive-through intercom. No one responded. I had to say hello a couple of times even honked once after for like five minutes they finally responded. I ordered a sandwich hashbrowns and then they told me to come to the window. I was not done ordering And just said oh OK so then I’m waiting at the window for another five minutes. No one is opening the window to take my money and after five minutes again they finally come by and I told them I wasn’t done with my order. I wanted to order a drink.
