Dunkin'

No real complaints either. I put the food in the great wolf app for an order, I was texted, went and got on a ready to go rack which I liked. There is a few quarks with this location, it may open only till 2 and ordering they have kiosk you are greeted with. I just ordered through the app again which worked out fine.

We are here currently. We order 4 coffee's. All of them are watered down, you can literally see through the coffee when you hold it in the light. This is 4th time staying here and normally there are no issues. However, something has changed. This is the second day of their coffee not being good. We are taking it back for a refund. Plus, the kiosk does not have the donuts listed. You cannot order in person. So, you are limited in what you can order. Highly disappointed this trip. Please make an effort to rethink the guest experience!

The foods alright, could be better. You wait for a WHILE for the food, there’s really long queues. The real kick in the bucket for this restaurant is that as soon as you reach the counter you can see about 3 ants on a SINGLE munchkin, that’s right, not a donut, a single munchkin. That’s only the visible side too. If you want to buy a donut, buy the box with a dozen in them, otherwise you get a half-ant-eaten donut. (My photo doesn’t show anything because there was a little girl in front of me and I didn’t wanna seem like a creep so I didn’t really get the time to take the photo)

No real issues at this Dunkin. Ordered on the Great Wolf Lodge app and picked up our food when they said it was ready in the morning. Everything was very good.

No person to take order, must use touch screen. Touch screen is barely functional, doesn't let you adequately choose donuts if buying more than 1. App has more capabilities there, but still lacking. But, not like you've a ton of choice.
