Croissant was disgusting seem to be a few days old. I ordered a latte burned the milk overall pay $10 and put everything in a trash bin. Don’t wanna get sick will not be returning and do not recommend.

The guy behind the counter is rude and kept customers waiting as he continued to put donuts away, only to tell them that the espresso machine wasn't working because he was too lazy to clean it. This happens too often at this location.

Terrible coffee , I understand night time they are brewing 2 cups at a time but who knows how long it's been sitting ,, on top of that worker lacks customer service . After asking if coffee was fresh , worker immediately offered me a refund seemingly not caring about the establishment

terrible experience. didn't take me seriously, probably because im a young female who ordered at 12am. tried to order a large cold brew with oat milk and french vanilla and they initially gave me a medium. i've always gotten the order exactly the way i asked for it with my points yet they made me pay $1 extra for large when this has never happened at another location. after paying extra they didnt bother to fill it up, they just added whipped cream when i never asked for it. totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

I placed an order on Uber eats and it was just bad. The Bacon Egg Sandwhich didn’t even have an egg…yeah. And then my frozen mocha coffee just tasted sour. They didn’t pick up my phone calls so being that I live nearby, I went down there at 2am. I told the guy behind the counter my issue and he just told his co worker I was “complaining.” Which I really wasn’t, I’m a pretty laid back guy. We all make mistakes. But when you catch a fit for it, it’s not a good look. He gave me another frozen mocha which was the same. They refused to accept their errors when they could just taste it themselves! With a new cup of course… I work in the food industry and I know how it is. It can be rough…but this wasn’t a pleasant experience at all and I just wasted my money because I threw it out anyway.
