Dunkin'

We go there multiple times each week. There have been many issues with this location. Long wait times, not getting the correct order, some employees have been rude, bagels have been burnt. The manager has had to fire some employees because of these reasons. Today, the bagel wasn't just burnt around the edges... 80% was black! The kicker ... The person that cooked it and gave it to me was the manager. I understand being busy but if you don't see something is burnt, that's a problem. If you wouldn't want to pay for burnt food, why are you serving burnt food? Has it gotten to the point where people need to look at every item before leaving the store??? I asked for a lemon donut. Drove away., opened my bag and when I took a bite of it, there was no lemon in it but it was filled with some frosting like substance. Gross

Coffee was great. Still waiting for a gluten free selection to go with my coffee.

I drove in, saw 11 cars in line, decided to park and go inside to order in person. Waited almost 10 minutes, with two people ahead of me also waiting, and then left and went to a competitor in town. I got served there right away - food was better, service was better, and they have enough staff to handle the morning rush. Done with Dunkin'!!!

Had the orange mango frozen drink for the first time and it hit just right! Loved it! Went real nice with my croissant sandwich and hash browns side. Just hate the way their eggs taste. Been asking for the sandwiches without it lately.
