Dunkin'

We visited the drive-through on February 15th at approximately 11:00 AM and were told there would be a slight wait, which we completely understood. However, we ended up waiting over 22 minutes at the window, even though the store appeared fully staffed. When our coffees were finally brought out, they were already cold and there was no apology, update, or acknowledgment of the extended delay. Because of this, we were late to our plans. What was most disappointing was not just the wait itself, but the lack of communication and basic customer service courtesy. We understand busy periods happen, but a quick check-in, an apology, or remaking the drinks fresh would have made the situation much better. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. We hope management reviews this

I can tell there is a great bond between this crew. From Madilyn, Stacey, Katana, and Alexis, they are all incredibly welcoming. I often study here, and I’m never pressured to place an order. Not once have I had an issue with the quality of my coffee. They listen attentively and always have every donut available! This Dunkin’ Donuts handles heavy customer traffic better than any other location I’ve visited. Other staff members that come to mind are Brittan and Taylor. I admire everyone’s work ethic and their ability to consistently deliver positive customer interactions. The space is always clean, and they even check up on my personal life since I’ve become a regular. The training here seems strong as well, especially seeing Xavier’s growth. Best Dunkin’ in Winchester always very fast service and great coffee. I can’t Believe they only have 3.9 stars

The location is right off the freeway. The staff is okay, and rushy. The coffee is mid. The food wasnt bad for a quick bite in the morning.

Conveniently located off of 81, inside of an Exxon station. It’s one of the first Dunkin’s as you enter VA going south. This location has a decent amount of seating. Lively staff greets everyone they encounter. Two mobile ordering stations also for the added luxury of ordering on the go. As well as a drive thru. Breakfast sandwich was made to perfection.
