Dunkin'

If you are from Immokalee and enjoy Dunkin', please review your receipts. There have been reports of tips being charged without customer consent. On three separate occasions, I visited the store, including yesterday when I called several times without success. The manager informed me that they have a new system, which might have caused me to accidentally select a tip option. I visit the location regularly for coffee or hot chocolate and usually do not check my receipts, hoping that honest practices are maintained. However, this time I noticed a tip amount of $3.84 was added without my knowledge. Nice n clean. Coffee is great. Some donuts taste a few days old. Friendly staff. I'm sure I will try them again.

I forgot to ask for milk in my tea and they were most polite in assisting. During the service and erratic loud customer came in, the staff were calm and polite with him even though he was abusive. I was very impressed and of course, as usual the food was delicious.

On December 20th, 2025 i went to Dunkin was asked to park in the front of the Dunkin to then get yelled at a cop as to why im parked in the fire lane, it seemed as if it wasn’t the first time this cop has seen people do it and Dunkin still continues to request to park there. What a great way to start my Saturday morning.

The service was okay, not so enthusiastic but respectful. That matters. The food was great.
