Literally dont know why they even ask how I want my coffee since they do it how ever they feel like anyways . Last 5 times ive come my coffee been wrong and I tip im pleasant and its an easy order. Dunkins doesn't give any good deals anyways hey get this badge on our app but we aren't gona give u anything in return. Don't even pay their workers a livable wage smh
Twenty five minute wait to get a toasted cinnamon raisin with butter? And then be told after asking what the delay was, that they took the order and do no have that bagel available? No sorry, etc. and time to let the manager Jess find other employment. Embarrassing and the current poor service not holding a candle to the old D experience.
It was our first time ever in Dunkin' and the lady was so nice helping us out. She even recommended some drinks. Made us ice coffee with caramel we took a dozen of donuts and she selected nice variations for us. Thank you for your time and kindness!
I like this Dunkin’s the best in the area. Staff and management great. Starbuck’s is slow, bad coffee, attitude, and over priced. Dunkin’s is way better if you don’t simply need a place to work
waited 20 minutes in the drive through just to receive the totally wrong coffee, went in and asked the employee if they could remake it and got a LOT of attitude…
