Ordered my iced coffee, the store and drive thru were empty, and I sat in a chair for 15 minutes while the employees played on their phones and laughed and did absolutely nothing. Finally I stood up and said can I please get my iced coffee.. and they laughed and had no clue what order was mine and then had to ask me 2 times what kind of iced coffee…. Pretty sure both employees were high because I don’t know any other logical explanation for what just happened. Once I finally got my coffee it was sour and disgusting. They also charged for a latte $6+, when I ordered a small coffee which should’ve been half that. For the manager, our order was taken at 3:50pm approx on 1/26/26.

Very rude staff Coffe is just awful never ever tasted Dunkin coffe so horrible like this location. Everytime I decide to order food I receive it burnt. And very dry old tasting you ask for whip cream on ur drink while you order. And get to the window they never give u the whip cream or Carmel then when you say something they tell you it’s extra I explain that I asked for it when I ordered they roll there eyes take ur drink back just add the whip cream and still forget your Carmel. I’d rather go to the dunkin 8 mins up the road. Honestly save your money

This location is so clean and the women that work here and SO nice and friendly. Thank you for always making my mornings so pleasant <3

The donuts are always fresh, drinks are prepared well, the staff is always kind and helpful (shoutout to Carlos and the ladies in the morning) for always making me feel welcomed and overall the customer service is always wonderful
