Dunkin'

I was at the drive-thru after midnight, so it's really no wonder why the guy / kid in the place, taking and delivering my order, does it really work in the public during normal hours. I'm not going to pretend to know what was up with him, but it almost seemed like he was annoyed having to engage with me for the 1 minute through the mic karma in less than a minute at the window. I'd like to say that he had the personality of a fence post, although I don't recall annoying offense post with merely my presence. Anyhow, I ordered one of their super expensive quencher beverages-- "light on the ice, please"-' some sort of bacon jelly croissant sandwich. It was prepared and served within 3 or 4 minutes. Made a mobile p/u. Was waiting at the order speaker for at least 5 minutes (store was not busy). I gave my order number and it took another 5 minutes to get to the p/u window. When I arrive there they had no idea what I was there for. I had to again give my order number. They need to hire more competent people. My second trip was much better since the person at p/u window was excellent at his job.

Went into Dunkin today for box of Joe when I got to work a poured a cup it was mostly water just spent 26 dollars for box of water flavored coffee not impressed.

Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, the young lady that works what time effort and understanding in every order every time. I don’t remember her name but today she worked around 4:30 PM August 15, 2025. Thank you for always going above and beyond and helping me.

I'll never eat here again, staff was extremely rude I ordered loaded hash browns The girl knew we were going to sit down at the tables inside and eat. We waited about 15-20 minutes finally got our food and my loaded hash browns did not come with a fork I asked for a fork after waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. And they didn't have any upfront so nobody would go in the back to get me a fork The three people that were waiting at the register turned around and walked out. This is the second or third time that I walked into this place and was ticked off when I left. Do not go here every single employee is miserable and don't want to work they're lazy and the food was crappy anyways. If you want good dunkin' donuts go to the one in Waterford it's worth it
